Authorized Modems to Use on Highlands Cable Network

*If you have Digital Phone Service the modems below will not work with your service*
Highlands Cable Group Internet Customers are required to use an authorized modem to connect to the Internet. For a monthly fee of $7.99, we will provide you with a preconfigured modem and if requested WiFi Router. Customers may also choose to use or purchase their own equipment.
In the event that we upgrade network speeds beyond the capabilities of your modem, we’ll notify you and give you an option to upgrade.
**NOTE** Some modems that were issued years ago may have become outdated. If you have a modem that was issued by us and hasn’t been swapped, it may be time to replace. To get a replacement please call our office at 828-526-4248.
